About

Phillip was born and raised in Huntsville. He graduated from SR Butler High School in 1994. He then attended Auburn University and completed pharmacy school with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2000. He returned to our area and started his career working for Kroger Pharmacy. In 2004 he began working at Huntsville Compounding Pharmacy and The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy. He later purchased both in 2015 and continues to work as a pharmacist at both locations.

Phillip married his wife Pamela in 1998. She was a special education teacher at Sparkman High School, but after the birth of their boys, they decided she should be at home with them. She currently works with the Westminster athletic department facilitating concessions and she works as a pharmacy technician when needed at their pharmacies. Pamela also serves on the board of directors for a local non-profit organization, Next Step Farms, serving adults with special needs. Their son Preston is 19 and will be a sophomore at The University of Alabama. He is studying marketing with aspirations to attend law school. Parker is 16 and will be a senior at Westminster Christian Academy. They are founding members of Providence Baptist Church.

Phillip’s Plan for Our District:

Demand accountability and cut the wasteful spending. “As a small business owner, I know how crucial it is to be responsible with our finances.”

Protect our 2 nd Amendment rights, the unborn and conservative values. “My faith is especially important to me. Being a Christian means loving God by serving others and maintaining our conservative values. I believe in Biblical truth and fight to uphold it.”

Make sure our teachers and schools have the support, technology, and funding to teach our children in the classroom. “Being married to a former teacher, I know the challenges facing today’s educators. I will be a champion for our teachers and their students.”

Recruit and bring new jobs and economic development to our area.

Fight for our fair share of funding from Montgomery and improve our roads and infrastructure

Support our law enforcement, fire departments and emergency medical provider and give them the necessary equipment to protect our communities. “As a volunteer FF/EMT, I know firsthand the importance of having support from our local officials. I will be an advocate for my fellow first responders.”

Support small businesses and keep our economy moving in the right direction. “Each quarter as I complete the pharmacy financials, I understand how important it is to small business to not more tax burden on them.”
